What You’ll Do
Shipment Coordination: Manage international shipments from global ESCO locations and vendors to internal and external customers, ensuring smooth and timely freight movement daily.
Documentation Management: Create and audit export and import documents, including commercial invoices and certificates, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and accuracy for letter of credit collections.
Freight Forwarder Liaison: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarding providers and customs brokers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve disruptions efficiently.
Problem Solving & Compliance: Address export-related issues, audit invoices for accuracy and regulations, and work proactively to alleviate shipment disruptions.
Organizational Efficiency: Maintain efficient organization of invoices and shipping documentation for easy access and audit support.
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected; primarily focused on coordination and communication across global time zones.

What You’ll Bring
Must-haves:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free international shipping documentation.
Experience working with international sales orders, export/import documentation, and familiarity with Incoterms.
Experience with customs brokers or freight forwarders and ERP systems (Oracle preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision across global time zones.
Nice-to-haves:
Knowledge of domestic transportation logistics.
Previous experience in international logistics coordination or related roles.
Ability to manage ambiguity and focus on controllable factors during shipment disruptions.
High energy and motivated with a strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
