Job Description

Sales Leadership
Assist the Unit Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed unit targets.
Identify potential clients and promote financial products, such as insurance and investment plans.
Conduct financial needs analysis to offer tailored solutions to clients.
Team Development
Recruit, train, and onboard new financial advisors.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to financial advisors to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
Organize training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
Ensure all client transactions and communications comply with company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course
Resides near or within Greater Metro Manila
People-oriented and skilled in building relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Willing to undergo training and professional development
Team player with a growth mindset
