Job Description

  • Sales Leadership
  • Assist the Unit Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed unit targets.
  • Identify potential clients and promote financial products, such as insurance and investment plans.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new financial advisors.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to financial advisors to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
  • Ensure all client transactions and communications comply with company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Resides near or within Greater Metro Manila
  • People-oriented and skilled in building relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to undergo training and professional development
  • Team player with a growth mindset
