• Produce accurate construction estimates and takeoffs for roofing and cladding works.
• Review plans, specifications, and project details to support informed costing decisions.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate estimating outputs.
• Maintain estimating data, documentation, and cost records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within estimating processes.
  
  
  

• A minimum of 4 – 6 years of proven experience as an estimator in construction disciplines.
• Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methodologies.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Engineering or Architecture background .
• Strong written and verbal communications; with good presentation skills.
