What You’ll Do

  • Perform quantity take-offs and build accurate quotes using Groundplan and Simpro.
  • Prepare and submit formal quotes with clear scope breakdowns and timelines.
  • Manage CRM records and coordinate supplier/subcontractor quotes throughout the tender process.
  • Raise RFIs, draft variations with documentation, and process purchase orders.
  • Track estimates versus actual costs and maintain organized job folders via OneDrive.


Key Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
  • Solid understanding of construction, ideally in commercial interior fit-outs and cladding.
  • Proficiency in Groundplan and Simpro preferred, plus familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, ClickUp CRM, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • RICS certification or similar qualifications is a preferred.


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter
