Take ownership of the end-to-end estimating process for a fast-growing interiors and cladding business. Drive accuracy in tendering and quoting, collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure seamless project handovers, all while working closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform quantity take-offs using Groundplan and build quotes in Simpro.
  • Create formal quotes with clear scope breakdowns and submit them on time.
  • Manage CRM entries throughout the tender lifecycle.
  • Source and coordinate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Raise RFIs and prepare purchase orders.
  • Draft and send variations with supporting documentation.
  • Track and compare quote estimates to actual costs for analysis.
  • Maintain organized job folders and shared documentation via OneDrive.


Key Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of construction, ideally in commercial interior fit-outs and cladding.
  • Proficiency in Groundplan and Simpro preferred.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, ClickUp CRM, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • RICS certification or similar qualifications is a bonus.


Work setup

Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 6-month onsite probation.
