Role Description:

• Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions. The role involves providing significant technical input within a single discipline, typically on smaller or less complex tasks or elements of larger projects. This position is focused on technical delivery rather than task management responsibilities.
  
  

Role Accountabilities:

• Deliver projects safely and effectively by applying Arcadis Health & Safety Principles and working in line with company behavioral and business frameworks.
• Manage and contribute to project delivery—ensuring time, quality, budget, and compliance targets are met while following Arcadis management systems.
• Collaborate across teams and regions, working closely with Arcadis GECs, other offices, and multiple design disciplines to integrate solutions and maintain strong communication.
• Support and guide junior engineers, providing technical advice, monitoring performance, and contributing to their professional development.
• Execute technical engineering tasks such as calculations, designs, models, reports, and investigations, with growing autonomy and responsibility.
• Promote Arcadis culture and continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting innovation, and committing to personal development plans.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent), professional license where required, and 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in engineering principles with the ability to deliver designs, calculations, and solutions independently; proficient in relevant software tools and Arcadis management systems.
• Safety & Sustainability Focus: Knowledge of safe design practices, hazard identification, and risk assessment, with an understanding of sustainable development best practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members while working effectively across disciplines and regions.
• Professional Skills: Strong problem‑solving and planning abilities, reliable time management, and proven track record of delivering work to agreed budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
