Job brief

Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Branding & Marketing Manager to work directly within our team and lead our client content pipelines.

Under Recruit Sync your clients will be all industry-leading Recruitment Agencies seeking social media, LinkedIn content, white paper and industry research papers and mailing lists.

You will be an expert in branding, design (Canva or Adobe), mailing lists, and deep research. You will report directly to the leadership team, with fast-track career progression for someone with exceptional design talent and standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in branding design, social media and marketing strategies.
• 1+ years' experience supporting global recruitment agencies.
• Expert in Adobe and Canva.
• Expert in Mailchimp or other EDM software.
• 2+ years of experience presenting to clients and founders.
• Exceptional industry-leading portfolio ( must be shared)
• Comfortable doing a design challenge as part of the interview process.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of recruitment agency clients' content strategies, execution of the content and management of the client relationship.
• Design and maintain social media profiles.
• Design and maintain LinkedIn strategies.
• Contribute to the organisation’s blog.
• Produce client industry deep research and deliver articles and blogs.
• Employ best practices when performing digital marketing and associated responsibilities on behalf of the company.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in world-class branding, socials and design marketing
• Knowledgeable in SEO
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Demonstrable experience in design and marketing tools (Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
