Data Integration Specialist

The Opportunity

Our partner is a leading organization in the food and grain processing industry, backed by one of the world’s largest diversified food and retail groups. With operations spanning over 50 countries and a global workforce of more than 130,000 employees, they are driven by a mission to deliver safe, nutritious, and affordable food products.

As they continue to elevate their digital and data-driven capabilities, they are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join their team. This role blends deep technical expertise in data engineering with a strong sense of design and storytelling through data.

This position will work full-time in our office (BGC, Taiguig City) during the first 3 months, and follow hybrid work setup (2 days in the office per week) after the probation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to seamlessly integrate data from diverse sources.
• Architect and implement robust data models and data warehouses to enable advanced analytics and business reporting.
• Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into impactful data solutions.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and security across all data assets and platforms.
• Continuously optimize and fine-tune data workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  
  
  

• Hands-on experience in data engineering, with strong command of SQL, Python, and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT pipeline design, orchestration tools, and version control.
• Experience in building data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• In-depth understanding of data architecture, data warehousing best practices, and data governance principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex datasets into clear, engaging narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
