Education And Work Experience
Min 10 years of experience of working with banks or Fin-Tech companies at a senior level
Expert knowledge of Tableau platform and data visualization, reports creation and graphical toolkits for visualization is preferred.
Knowledge of programming knowledge β Web UI, Python & React etc. is a must.
Experience of working in Enterprise Environments.
Experience of managing a Tech group, with experience of standard testing, sign-off and deployment practices.
Experience of managing a tech group responsible for building / testing and deploying via pipelines. Owner of full lifecycle, including writing continuous documentation and guidance as well as ensuring controls are well thought through to ensure safe and secure deployments.
Knowledge of Cloud (Azure) and familiarity with designing and building out a deployment pipeline, e.g. utilizing Azure ADO
Reporting and Coordination
For the provision of staff augmentation services, the Agency Personnel will take instructions from the Manager at the Information Technology Department at work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders.
The Agency Personnel will provide any other services as required by the team and ITD supervisor or user unit.

Detailed Tasks And Expected Output
The Tableau Data Analyst/Designerβs main role will be as follows:
Business Liaison
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data requirements align with their business use cases.
Establish business & technical deliveries/milestones based on stakeholder dialogues:
Taking each business group through the details and ramifications.
Anticipate increased change/risk at each milestone.
Define and confirm the execution of a comprehensive business test plan. Each business milestone demands extensive business acumen, such as understanding the relationships of data across TD and ORM.
Technical Delivery Responsibilities
Working with ITD, TD and ORM - defining sprints for each data/report/dashboard requirement aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
Design the interface for each of the data/report/dashboard requirement. Perform quality assurance to maintain high standards of code, ensuring that all deliveries meet or exceed expectations.
Defining test suite and ensuring tests are implemented with high quality standards.
Governance and Quality framework
Ensure Tableau has data governance & data quality framework in place - specifying the policies, standards, and metrics for assessing and improving the data quality throughout the data lifecycle.
Ensure that roles and responsibilities of the data stakeholders, such as owners, creators, publishers and explorers are properly defined and implemented.
Liaison with ITD
Working with Architectural Boards to gain agreement.
Building out suite of system specifications - e.g. Disaster Recovery / Scalability specifications / Fin Ops (cost analysis)
