Customer Care Associate

The Customer Care Associate is principally responsible for assigning, tracking, and maintaining a database for customer concerns/cases received by the department.

Main Accountabilities

• On a daily basis, assign escalated customer concerns/cases received by the department from Senior Management, BSP, Contact Center and & other units for handling by the Customer Care Officers.
• On a daily basis, maintain the department database for tracking of customer concerns/cases received by the department.
• Handle the administrative functions of the department for compliance and regulatory purposes.
  
  

• Bachelors degree holder (any course)
• Must have good communication skills and basic customer service skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
• Attention to details for database management
• Basic data entry skills for database encoding
