Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused
Client Solutions Consultant specializing in Creative Development within the business process outsourcing industry.
This Philippines-based position will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for creative design, creative development, and scalable creative production services.
The Client Solutions Consultant will participate in conversations with prospective and existing clients, gather and interpret their requirements, and contribute to the design of practical and scalable service solutions. Once a partnership is established, the consultant will lead the implementation and onboarding process, guide the delivery team through launch and stabilization, and transition the account to the appropriate team.
The successful candidate must be prepared to lead client conversations from day one, communicate fluently about creative design and development, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the terminology, workflows, tools, technologies, quality standards, and performance measures commonly used within the field.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Solutions Design
- Serve as the Creative Development subject matter expert during conversations with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead discovery discussions to understand the client's objectives, brand standards, target audiences, channels, asset requirements, technical specifications, production volumes, workflows, quality expectations, and operational requirements.
- Document technical, business, and functional requirements.
- Translate client requirements into practical recommendations for the proposed service solution and delivery model.
- Present, explain, and validate proposed operational approaches with clients and internal stakeholders.
Implementation and Onboarding
- Lead implementations and onboarding activities for new Creative Development partnerships.
- Serve as a central point of coordination among clients, delivery center personnel, recruiting teams, Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, action items, dependencies, risks, and launch-readiness requirements.
- Coordinate discovery, creative and technical documentation, knowledge transfer, team onboarding, technology access, workflow configuration, asset and template preparation, quality validation, and delivery-readiness activities.
- Guide delivery teams in adopting the client's brand guidelines, creative briefs, design systems, development standards, technical specifications, production workflows, review processes, quality requirements, and escalation protocols.
- Periodically demonstrate service-line tasks or processes during training when additional hands-on guidance is required.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide clear status updates, and escalate risks or decisions requiring attention.
- Support go-live activities and guide the partnership through the stabilization period.
Recruiting, Training, and Delivery Readiness
- Partner with delivery center recruiting teams to define the roles and qualifications required for new Creative Development programs.
- Develop or review job descriptions, interview questions, candidate evaluation criteria, and skills assessments.
- Review candidates and participate in interviews and selection discussions as needed.
- Contribute to training plans, onboarding programs, knowledge-transfer activities, and readiness assessments for newly hired delivery teams.
- Guide trainers and operational leaders in translating client materials into effective training and delivery practices.
Service-Line Development and Organizational Enablement
- Help develop and refine Creative Development service offerings, operating frameworks, discovery questionnaires, solution templates, SOPs, implementation playbooks, and best practices.
- Educate Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and other internal stakeholders on Creative Development services, terminology, capabilities, and potential client use cases.
- Review marketing materials, sales collateral, product concepts, and other service-line content for accuracy and alignment with capabilities.
- Stay current on creative design and development trends, digital advertising formats, production technologies, accessibility practices, automation, generative AI, and emerging best practices.
- Evaluate relevant technologies, vendors, and potential partnerships and bring useful insights and recommendations into the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve service design, implementation practices, training, and delivery readiness.
Post-Launch Advisory Support
- Provide subject matter expertise when Client Success identifies concerning performance trends, service-line-specific challenges, or other operational needs.
- Help investigate complex creative, technical, or delivery issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements in coordination with the appropriate client and delivery stakeholders.
- Advise teams on client-specific brand standards, creative workflows, technical specifications, quality expectations, review processes, escalation paths, and performance requirements.
- Support targeted improvement initiatives when specialized Creative Development knowledge is needed.
Creative Development Expertise
The Successful Candidate Should Have Strong Professional Experience In Either Creative Design Or Creative Development, With Sufficient Practical Knowledge Of The Other Discipline To Guide An Integrated Creative Solution:
- Creative design for digital advertising, social media, presentations, email, websites, landing pages, and other marketing collateral
- Creative development for HTML5 advertising, responsive email, landing pages, websites, interactive experiences, and other coded digital assets
- Creative production and adaptation, including high-volume asset creation, versioning, resizing, localization, and template-based production
- Core design principles, including typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, accessibility, and responsive design
- End-to-end creative workflows, including intake, scoping, concept development, design or coding, internal review, client feedback, revisions, quality assurance, approval, and final delivery
- Creative quality assurance, including visual accuracy, functionality, brand compliance, technical specifications, browser and device compatibility, links, tracking, and file requirements
- Creative and technical source materials, including creative briefs, brand guidelines, wireframes, storyboards, technical specifications, and client feedback
- Creative performance and operational measures, such as turnaround time, on-time delivery, revision volume, first-pass acceptance, quality or error rates, production capacity, and adherence to technical specifications
Equal depth in creative design and creative development is not required. Candidates may be stronger in either discipline but should have sufficient breadth to understand client requirements, evaluate workflows, identify dependencies, and guide integrated creative teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, computer science, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in creative design, creative development, creative production, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working within a business process outsourcing environment.
- Strong functional understanding of Creative Development services and the ability to discuss relevant processes, technologies, challenges, dependencies, and solutions confidently with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing conversations and communicate effectively with creative, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong experience in either creative design or creative development, with sufficient practical knowledge of the other discipline to discuss requirements, evaluate workflows, and guide an integrated creative team.
- Strong understanding of design principles, accessibility, responsive design, brand guidelines, end-to-end creative workflows, and creative quality assurance requirements.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, technical specifications, brand guidelines, wireframes, storyboards, client feedback, and digital advertising delivery requirements across common formats and channels.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with strong presentation, facilitation, requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with common creative tools, development technologies, and project-management or workflow platforms, without requiring expertise in any specific platform.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, timelines, revisions, dependencies, versions, and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience participating in client implementations, onboarding programs, creative discovery, solutions design, process transitions, or pre-sales conversations.
- Prior experience as a creative lead, art director, design lead, creative development lead, production lead, quality lead, or similar leadership role.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant creative design, creative development, or production work; equal depth across design and development is not required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Web Designer, content management systems, email-development platforms, or similar tools and technologies; experience with any specific platform is not required.
- Experience creating creative briefs, technical specifications, brand guidelines, wireframes, storyboards, workflow documentation, or related source materials.
- Experience supporting high-volume creative production, versioning, resizing, localization, template adaptation, or distributed and outsourced creative teams.
- Familiarity with digital advertising specifications for display, social, video, email, and web formats across multiple platforms.
- Experience with automation, dynamic creative optimization, generative AI tools, template-based production, process optimization, or emerging creative technologies.
Role Profile
This is a
senior individual-contributor position. The Client Solutions Consultant will lead implementations, client discussions, and cross-functional initiatives but will not have direct people-management responsibilities.
The role is intended to guide, educate, and advise delivery teams rather than regularly perform production work as a delivery resource.
