Creative Director

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B professional design experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong professional and corporate portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency
• Ability to explain design concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  
  

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
• Knowledge of additional design tools or methodologies
  
  

• Hybrid setup (minimum of 1 Day onsite - every Wednesday)
• Office Location: Valero St., Makati City
• Graveyard shift (9pm to 6am PH Time), Mondays to Fridays
• Full time, Probationary - Regular contract
• with HMO, Government-mandated benefits, 13th month pay, vacation and sick leave credits, allowance, Night Shift Differential
• Laptop/Equipment will be provided
  
  

• Design and produce a variety of materials including: Brochures, one-pagers, advertisements, trade show materials, Whitepapers, case studies, featured projects, proposal covers, Social media graphics, sales decks, and website designs
• Create and edit multimedia content, including videos.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs
• Source and select high-quality images in line with brand standards
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously within defined specifications
• Maintain and evolve visual brand elements across all platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support campaigns
• Contribute to social media and email marketing initiatives
