General Description Of The Position

As a Copywriter at Propelrr, your responsibilities include crafting engaging copy aligned with strategic goals and incorporating SEO and brand guidelines while collaborating with teams and refining content through revisions.

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into compelling copies that answer the needs of the client, company, and the intended target audience;
• Come up with concepts based on a creative brief that addresses the strategic objectives, aligns with the content strategy, and translates that concept into a comprehensive written work;
• Compose advertising copy, literature, concept rationales, or written presentations that use the correct sentence structure, choice of words, punctuation usage, and spelling;
• Compose copies that can include headlines, slogans, catchphrases, straplines, and body copies, articles, content for websites, landing pages, social media, ads, blogs, mobile applications, other marketing collaterals online and offline;
• Incorporate different copywriting frameworks, and SEO/PPC recommendations into the copies;
• Study clients' products and services, the target audience, and the competitors' activities/propositions and strategies;
• Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with other members of the content & creative team;
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with the visual tone, style, and brand guidelines;
• Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copies;
• Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends;
• Amend, revise, and redevelop copies/content;
• Actively follow and oversee the content/copywriting process
  
  

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’ s/College Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
• Preferably with a minimum experience of at least 1 year in a digital marketing company.
  
  

• Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
• Idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiar with different copywriting frameworks they can use to provide impressive output for clients.
• High-level thinkers with an eye for detail.
• Has good research skills and quick adaptability to learning AI tools
• Basic SEO knowledge, specifically on-page SEO and content marketing for search levers.
• Basic PPC knowledge, specifically on ad copywriting.
• Knowledgeable on Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other website and search performance tools.
• Able to identify, measure, and analyze what’s working and what’s not regarding a brand’s digital marketing efforts and generate appropriate action steps that will create a positive impact on website performance and overall digital marketing performance of the brand.
• The ability to work to strict deadlines without compromising on work quality
