Meet The Team

Responsible for leading and supporting end to end process improvement initiatives, which include process & organizational design, process improvement, consulting & coaching, process mapping and others through Continuous Improvement methodologies and best practices in performance management.

This role reports into the Sr. Manager for Continuous Improvement and will work closely with key stakeholders such as but not limited to Functional Leads, Project Managers, and other transformational roles to achieve goals set for this position.

Where You Come In

  • Provide consultation and support to stakeholders on operations management, meeting facilitation, basic to advanced problem solving, and escalation within a large, fast-paced, service-oriented operating model.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain project roadmaps to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring performance against defined targets.
  • Lead planned and ad hoc cross-functional Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate the design, standardization, and implementation of new or improved processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation, including maps, overviews, detailed workflows, and flows, in coordination with stakeholders; provide data analysis deep dive support as needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation of supporting deliverables (e.g., documents and presentations) and broader business management activities.
  • Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement within Dexcom through targeted communication tools, engagement events, and change campaigns.

What Makes You Successful

  • At least 8 years of experience in the Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Call Center field is preferred.
  • University degree and/or relevant experience.
  • At least a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Proven experience and understanding of performance management frameworks such as COPC is required. COPC certification is preferred.
  • Experience in using MS 365, Office, Productivity, Reporting and Statistical Analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, SPSS).
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience with business processes, data analysis and / or project management.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to perform other functions as required in nature and scope of position.
  • Flexibility to work across different schedules and time zones as required by business needs.

Experience And Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
