Reporting to the Senior Content Lead, the Content Creator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of TEI's digital content across all active social media platforms. This role shoots, edits, and publishes photo and video content, writes captions and hooks, and maintains the daily content calendar in alignment with the brand's voice and campaign objectives. The Content Creator works as an individual contributor focused on high-quality, on-time execution. This role actively participates in campaign brainstorming, uses AI tools as part of daily production, and provides observational support during agency review cycles under the supervision of the Senior Content Lead.
Duties And Responsibilities
Content Production & Execution
Shoots photo and video content on-site during store visits, brand activations, influencer events,
and marketing campaigns.
Edits raw footage into platform-ready, engaging short-form content using CapCut, native social
platform editors, and basic Adobe Premiere Pro.
Designs supplementary marketing materials and daily social assets using Canva and accessible
design tools.
Writes engaging captions, hooks, and supporting copy for all posts and campaigns — including basic
scripts for assigned content.
Follows provided scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs closely and delivers outputs within 24 hours
Maintains a structured content calendar and manages daily posting schedules across all active social media platforms per the provided schedule.
Ensures strict consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all published outputs.
Monitors daily and weekly social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, audience
response) and submits a weekly summary report to the Senior Content Lead.
Applies current social media trends, viral audio, and audience behavior insights to optimize ongoing
content.
Utilizes AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI) for content ideation, caption writing, and
workflow optimization as a standard part of daily production — not optional.
Campaign Support & Agency Coordination
Supports the execution and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and store
events.
Coordinates with the marketing and creative team to align on content planning and execution
strategies.
Participates in weekly agency review and approval cycles in an observational and feedback capacity,
coordinating on content alignment under direct supervision of the Senior Content Lead.
Provides constructive written feedback on external agency outputs via internal communication channels and Google Meet.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of published content and provides actionable insights for improvement to the Senior Content Lead.
Applies learnings from engagement data to improve future content quality and posting strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or a related creative field.
1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital video production. A strong portfolio or reel of published social media content is required.
High proficiency in mobile/desktop video editing (CapCut), design tools (Canva), and social media scheduling/analytics platforms. Active proficiency in Generative AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Canva AI, AI) is required from Day 1. Basic Adobe Premiere Pro skills expected within 3 months.
