About The Job
The Content Specialist is responsible for creating and refining content across our core and subsidiary brands based in the United States to improve performance, visibility, and lead flow. This role supports content delivery through digital channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
As a Content Specialist, You Will…
Draft, edit, and optimise digital copy.
Create and optimize high-converting B2B and B2C web copy (including landing pages, blog articles, product/service pages, and local pages).
Produce clear recommendations to enhance overall content quality and performance.
Translate SEO, CRO, and UX insights into actionable, persuasive, and user-centric copy to improve organic search visibility and drive conversions.
Uphold clear editorial guidelines and best practices, ensuring all published material is accurate, professional, compliant, and aligned to brand voice.
Maintain clear documentation and version control across all optimisations.
Communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, and respond promptly to feedback and amendments.
As a Content Specialist, You Need…
A university degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience writing, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content that delivers measurable results (reach, engagement, leads, and SEO performance).
Copywriting and editing experience within a commercial environment, ideally in a service-led industry.
Experience in working within a US-based or global organisation.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices, with the ability to integrate keyword strategy naturally into copy.
Strong editorial judgment and creative flair for developing engaging, technically accurate, and persuasive short-form and long-form copy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Experience writing and editing within a publishing or editorial environment.
Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and the end-to-end process of publishing and maintaining digital content.
Proficiency in keyword research and competitor analysis.
Strategic, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Skilled at building strong relationships across all organisational levels.
Resilient and able to adapt quickly.
Customer and user-focused, consistently aiming to exceed expectations.
