Your Role:
As a Compliance Officer, you will focus entirely on monitoring document completion, validating candidate requirements, and executing robust HR operations quality control. Your core responsibilities include:
Completion Monitoring: Track, control, and systematically monitor the completion status of all pre-employment and onboarding documentation for incoming new hires prior to project deployment.
Validity Audits: Formally audit, cross-reference, and validate the legitimacy, completeness, and formatting correctness of candidate files and onboarding requirement metrics.
HR Audit Standards: Apply systematic HR auditing principles and operational controls to check and verify zero-gap document hygiene and pipeline record security.
Data Privacy Management: Guarantee rigid adherence to candidate data protection standards and strict alignment with the Philippine Data Privacy Act when processing candidate files and system record accesses.
What You Need:
Preferred skills/expertise
Familiarity with tracking operational onboarding pipelines or data parameters within modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Manatal or JobAdder.
Baseline knowledge of corporate standard data protection, background check methods, and regulatory privacy constraints when handling candidate files.
High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar enterprise spreadsheets to manage master verification logs with precision.
Non-negotiables
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience in background screening, HR operations compliance, quality control auditing, or specialized HR operational auditing.
Strong foundational knowledge of core corporate HR audit practices, data validation controls, and onboarding document hygiene parameters.
Exceptional and uncompromising attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining zero-gap data hygiene and document integrity.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related operational discipline.
