The Business Systems Analyst plays an important role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze current business processes, identify optimization opportunities aligned with industry best practices, and support the successful implementation and adoption of enhancements to Concur Compleat—an automation platform that streamlines, manages, and customizes travel operations for Travel Management Companies (TMCs).

What You'll Do:

• Analyze current business processes and develop data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Create clear, comprehensive requirements documentation that translates business needs into actionable specifications
• Partner with development teams to oversee implementation projects from initiation through deployment
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring quality standards are met before production release
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external business partners to deliver on commitments and meet project timelines
• Manage incident resolution with proactive communication, thorough analysis, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical issues and drive process improvements based on findings
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Travel Management Company (TMC) operations experience
• Deep knowledge of TMC frontline operations, ticketing systems, and workflows
• Proficiency with Sabre GDS or similar global distribution systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Ability to anticipate and assess downstream impacts of process or system changes
• Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
• Experience with online booking tools and fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with Concur Compleat or similar travel technology platforms
