What You’ll Do
Identify and research potential clients across engineering, architectural, consulting, and construction sectors (remedial and new builds). Conduct targeted cold calling and email campaigns to promote demonstration days and online or in-person presentations.
Secure bookings for product demonstration days and CPD presentations (both online and in person) with architects, engineers, consultants, and builders.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings in the CRM system. Ensure client information is up to date and properly tracked.
Proactively expand the client database by identifying new potential contacts within target sectors. Organize and segment client data to support effective outreach and marketing campaigns.
Build professional relationships with clients to encourage engagement and attendance at events. Provide regular updates on outreach progress, booking activities, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Key Criteria
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client outreach, or database management.
Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound client engagement. Experience using CRM systems for activity tracking and reporting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to clients over the phone and through email correspondence.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns while maintaining accurate database records.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and standard office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full-time onsite at ASW’s office during the probation period. Hybrid arrangements may be considered afterward, subject to performance.
