Position Title: Business Development Coordinator – Outreach & Bookings

Reports To: Head of Internal Operations & Specifications

Working Hours: 8am – 4pm AEDT (Sydney Time)

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on generating new opportunities and increasing engagement through targeted cold calling, email outreach, and database management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing our demonstration bookings and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) presentations with architects, engineers, consultants, and remedial builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach o Identify and research potential clients in the engineering, architectural,


consulting, and building (Remedial and New Construction) sectors. o Conduct targeted cold calling and email campaigns to generate interest

in scheduled demonstration days as well as online and in-person presentations.

  • Booking & Appointment Management o Coordinate and secure bookings for:


▪ Scheduled product demonstration days for engineers, consultants, and remedial builders.

▪ Online CPD presentations for architects, engineers, and consultants.

▪ In-person CPD presentations for architects, engineers, and consultants.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and confirmed bookings in the CRM system.
  • Database Management & Growth o Manage and maintain the current client database, ensuring accuracy and


completeness. o Proactively expand the database by identifying and adding new potential

clients within target sectors. o Segment and organize client data to support effective outreach and

marketing campaigns. 4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat engagement and positive referrals.
  • Follow up with prospective attendees to maximize attendance at demonstrations and CPD sessions.
  • Reporting & Feedback o Provide regular updates to management on outreach progress, database


growth, lead conversion rates, and appointment scheduling. o Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve engagement

strategies and presentation content.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident on the phone and in email correspondence.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and database tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and basic office software


(e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

  • Understanding of the architecture, engineering, or construction industries is


desirable but not essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, client outreach, or database management preferred.
  • Experience with cold calling (Experience reporting via a CRM systems an advantage).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.


Performance Metrics:

  • Number of confirmed bookings for demonstration days and CPD presentations.
  • Growth and accuracy of the client database.
  • Conversion rate from outreach to booking.
  • Client satisfaction and engagement feedback.


Other Requirements:

  • Professional approach when communicating with clients.
