What You’ll Do

  • Process and code supplier invoices in Xero and perform daily bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and prepare weekly payment runs.
  • Handle accounts receivable, issue client statements, and reconcile collections.
  • Maintain accurate aged payables/receivables reports and support month-end reconciliations.
  • Assist with trend analysis, forecasting, and investigation of missing or unusual transactions.


Key Criteria

  • Minimum of 5 years’ accounting experience across both AP and AR functions.
  • Experience with Australian accounting standards and reporting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Xero with proven accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Cin7 and monday.com, and exposure to logistics or cost analysis is an advantage


Work setup

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
