About The Role

We are a young German startup with a modern work culture, delivering professional floor plans and technical building documentation for properties across Germany. Our service is accessible entirely online through a simple, fast, and personalized process, and we handle projects of all sizes, from small apartments to large multi-family houses.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled architectural Draftsman with expertise in developing floor plans and performing related technical calculations. This is a full-time role where you'll collaborate with an international team to process orders from German clients — creating, correcting, and finalizing floor plans and area calculations for properties located in Germany.

What You Will Do

• Review and correct existing plans and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements
• Use specialized design software to create and modify projects
• Adapt and customize floor plan templates based on individual client orders
• Collaborate closely with the international team and communicate directly with clients
• Help ensure the quality and timely delivery of plans, calculations, and other drawings
• Contribute to process improvements and participate in training initiatives
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience level: We are looking for talented candidates with 2–5 years of professional experience in architecture/engineering who are eager to grow with us in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of floor plans, calculations, and other drawings from our suppliers.
• Help improve and streamline delivery processes.
• Explore and develop new architectural services together with our team.
• Knowledge and proficiency in architectural design software.
• SketchUp or similar Preferred Qualifications
• Preferably with at least one year of experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday (11pm - 8pm MNL time)

Must Have atleast 20mbps internet connection

Must be wiling to work (Home-based)
