With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a global influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a 3D Editor who can bend reality, create photorealistic product worlds, and deliver assets that live-action cameras simply cant capture.

Photorealism, physics, and "impossible" visuals are your playground. As a 3D Editor, you are the architect of our digital sets. You enable us to showcase products in anti-gravity, break them apart to show ingredients, and create fluid simulations that are immensely satisfying to watch.

In the world of high-performance ads, 3D isnt just a garnish—its often the main course. Your work will directly impact our ability to visualize product benefits and stop the scroll. If you are a generalist who loves modeling, animating, and compositing stunning visuals that sell, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do

• Create High-End 3D Assets
• Model, texture, light, and animate high-quality 3D assets from scratch or existing CAD data.
• Specialize in photorealistic product visualization (bottles, textures, liquids) for beauty and tech brands.
• Execute complex simulations (fluids, cloth, particles) that add high-end production value to social and TV spots.
• Composite & Edit
• Seamlessly integrate 3D elements into live-action footage (tracking, match-moving, masking).
• Render and composite scenes using After Effects or Nuke to create a polished, final video asset.
• Edit full 3D-based video ads, adding sound design and pacing to create a cohesive narrative.
• Optimize for Speed & Quality
• Manage rendering pipelines to ensure fast turnaround times without sacrificing visual fidelity.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable 3D assets, textures, and lighting setups to scale production efficiency.
• Innovate Visual Trends
• Stay ahead of 3D design trends (e.g., surrealism, soft-body physics, hyper-realism) and apply them to performance marketing concepts.
• Collaborate with Art Directors to brainstorm concepts that are only possible through CGI.
  

• A 3D Generalist & Storyteller
• 3–5 years of experience in 3D motion design and animation (agency or high-end freelance).
• A strong portfolio/reel is required, showcasing photorealistic rendering, product viz, and motion graphics.
• Technically Versatile
• Expert proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender (geometry nodes is a plus).
• Strong skills in After Effects for compositing and finishing.
• Experience with GPU rendering engines like Redshift or Octane.
• Detail-Obsessed
• You understand materials and lighting. You know how to make glass look like glass and velvet look like velvet.
• You are meticulous about file organization and render settings.
• Performance-Minded
• You understand that the goal is conversion. You frame your shots and time your animations to highlight the products selling points clearly.
• Excellent Communicator
• Strong English proficiency is required. You can collaborate effectively with remote teams and explain technical 3D concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
