Responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity.Duties and Responsibilities
- LAN (Local Area Network)
- WAN (Wide Area Network)
- Wi-Fi
- VPN connectivity
- Routers
- Switches
- Access Points (APs)
- Link installations
- Circuit upgrades
- Network issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Provide network support during audits, projects, and special events.
