Mission
The mission of the Full Stack Graphic Designer is to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, on-brand creative that engages target audiences and drives results across multiple companies. This role owns creative projects from brief through final delivery, adapting to each brand’s unique identity, audience, and priorities while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard of quality.
This is a highly versatile, hands-on creative role. The Full Stack Graphic Designer is expected to be capable of executing across the full range of design and creative needs, including branding and visual identity, social and advertising creative, websites and landing pages, email, presentations and marketing collateral, content graphics and infographics, short-form video and basic motion graphics, and light marketing copy.

• Deliver High-Quality Creative Across All Channels: Consistently produce polished, engaging, and accurate creative assets across all assigned marketing channels, with 90%+ of deliverables approved without significant quality-related rework beyond normal creative revisions.
• Maintain Strong Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative output reflects each company’s established brand identity, visual standards, positioning, and communication style, with minimal brand-related corrections required prior to final approval.
• Execute Effectively Across Multiple Brands: Seamlessly manage creative execution across multiple companies and audiences, adapting design direction, tone, and messaging while maintaining consistent quality across brands.
• Translate Marketing Objectives into Effective Creatives: Translate campaign briefs and business objectives into compelling, audience-appropriate creatives that aligns with the intended platform, audience, and desired campaign outcome.
• Own Creative Projects from Brief to Delivery: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned creative projects, ensuring final deliverables are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, functionality, and brand alignment before submission or launch.
• Consistently Deliver Projects On Time: Effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities, achieving 95%+ on-time delivery against agreed-upon deadlines and proactively communicating risks or delays before they impact delivery.
• Support Integrated Content Across Formats: Extend creative concepts across graphics, web assets, campaign materials, short-form video, motion graphics, and light copy, ensuring deliverables are appropriately adapted and optimized for each intended channel.
• Drive Efficient and Organized Creative Operations: Maintain organized project tracking, files, and workflows; provide clear visibility into project status and priorities; and identify and implement at least one meaningful workflow or production improvement per quarter.

• Ownership: Takes responsibility for work from initial brief through final delivery, follows through on commitments, and proactively resolves issues.
• Detail Orientated: Maintains a high standard of accuracy and thoroughly reviews work to ensure deliverables are polished, complete, and aligned with expectations.
• Organization: Maintains structure across multiple projects, deadlines, files, and workflows to ensure work progresses efficiently and commitments are met.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to different brands, audiences, creative styles, priorities, and business needs without sacrificing quality.
• Creative Judgment: Uses strong visual instincts and design expertise to make thoughtful creative decisions and translate objectives into effective solutions.
• Communication: Communicates clearly and proactively with stakeholders, raises questions or risks early, and provides appropriate visibility into project progress.

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating modern, high-quality work across a variety of formats and channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with strong experience using Figma for web, digital, and layout design.
• Demonstrated expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding, and visual design principles.
• Experience creating marketing and conversion-focused creative, with an understanding of how design supports campaign objectives, audience engagement, and business goals.
• Demonstrated experience producing creative across multiple brands and channels, including social, web, email, presentations, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Working knowledge of video editing and basic motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• English Proficiency: Advanced professional fluency in English is required, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in meetings, presentations, email, and other business communications with U.S.-based internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time and maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, including evening or overnight schedules as needed.

• Dedicated home office or professional remote work environment.  

• Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of supporting video conferencing and daily business operations.
