You'll transform scripts into scroll-stopping Meta ads by seamlessly combining AI-generated visuals, real client footage, and stock B-roll into polished, high-performing creatives. Your work will play a key role in helping us rapidly produce, test, and iterate winning ad concepts that drive measurable results. By owning a significant portion of our editing pipeline, you'll increase our creative output while maintaining exceptional quality, speed, and consistency.

Role Overview:

We're looking for an AI Video Editor to help us create scroll-stopping, high-converting Meta ads by turning scripts into polished, performance-driven video creatives.

In this role, you will:

• Transform approved scripts into engaging Meta ad creatives from concept to final delivery.
• Blend AI-generated visuals, real client footage, and premium stock B-roll into seamless, compelling edits.
• Own a significant portion of our creative editing pipeline, ensuring fast turnaround and consistent quality.
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to produce, test, and iterate winning ad creatives.
• Leverage AI-powered editing tools to streamline production while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment where speed, creativity, and continuous improvement are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Generated Ad Production

• Edit and produce AI-generated video ads for Meta campaigns across multiple visual styles, including realism, claymation, and Pixar-style.
• Build B-roll and stock-style footage from scratch using AI tools, driven directly off a script (a big plus if you can already do this well).

Live-Action Editing

• Take raw IRL footage we shoot (interviews, testimonials, founder content, and more) and cut it into a finished, performance-ready ad.
• Blend in AI-generated or stock B-roll wherever it strengthens the story, pacing, or hook.

Creative & Performance Judgment

• Apply scripting and direct-to-consumer (DTC) fundamentals to every edit.
• Make editing decisions with a real sense of how ads actually perform on Meta: hook strength, pacing, retention, and scroll-stop moments.

Pipeline Ownership

• Own a significant portion of our editing pipeline end-to-end, prioritizing and turning around multiple concepts per month.
• Keep pace with a high-volume, fast-turnaround production system built around testing angles, formats, and hooks.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience editing video ads for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) paid social campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools for creating B-roll, stock-style footage, or fully AI-generated scenes.
• Strong command of pacing, hooks, and editing techniques that drive performance on paid social.
• Comfortable working from a script and applying DTC ad fundamentals to editing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing content across realism, claymation, and Pixar-style/animated formats.
• Experience with medical, health, wellness, or telehealth ad content.
• Familiarity with compliance-conscious ad categories (health claims, Meta health & wellness policy, FTC guidelines).
