Role Overview

Petra Brands is looking for a TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Specialist dedicated to driving organic revenue growth across our brand portfolio in the US market.

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our TikTok Shop Affiliate network from the ground up—identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-converting US creators, managing sample seeding at scale, and executing high-volume organic content strategies. You understand the nuances of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem, affiliate commission structures, and how to spot viral hook potential.

Key Responsibilities1. US Creator & Affiliate Recruitment (Organic Focus)

• Actively prospect, cold pitch, and onboard US-based TikTok creators and micro-affiliates into the Petra Brands TikTok Shop affiliate program.
• Manage high-volume outbound outreach through TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, DMs, email, and creator databases.
• Build and maintain a deep pipeline of US creators across beauty, lifestyle, consumer goods, and niche product categories.
• Formulate competitive commission structures, incentive tiers, and creative briefs that motivate creators to post consistently.

2. Organic Content Strategy & Guidance

• Guide affiliate creators on best practices for organic TikTok content, including trending audio, hooks, Call-to-Actions (CTAs), and effective product showcases.
• Analyze high-performing organic affiliate videos to identify winning hooks and content formats, sharing insights across our creator network.
• Ensure all organic affiliate content complies with TikTok Shop policies, FTC guidelines, and brand quality standards.

3. Product Seeding & Sample Lifecycle Management

• Manage the end-to-end sample approval, ordering, and fulfillment process for US creators via TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.
• Maintain strict sample inventory tracking and follow up with creators to ensure timely content posting upon product delivery.
• Implement posting accountability systems to maximize the ROI of seeded products.

4. TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations & GMV Growth

• Manage day-to-day operations inside the US TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center (Target Collaborations, Open Plan, and Direct Invitations).
• Track daily affiliate sales performance, overall Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rates, and ROI on samples.
• Identify top-performing affiliate creators and build long-term exclusive relationships, custom commission structures, or dedicated bundle offers.

5. Community & Affiliate Engagement

• Nurture ongoing relationships with our affiliate base to maintain high posting frequency and brand loyalty.
• Help build and moderate creator communication channels (Discord/Telegram/Email newsletters) to share weekly creative briefs, top-selling product updates, and content tips.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop Affiliate programs or TikTok Creator Partnerships specifically for the US market.
• Proven track record of scaling organic GMV on TikTok Shop through affiliate and creator seeding networks.
• Deep mastery of the TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate Center native tools.
• Strong understanding of US creator culture, social trends, content strategies, and consumer purchasing behavior.
• Highly proficient in creator outreach tools, sample tracking systems, and affiliate reporting.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
