ROLE SUMMARY


Working with the FLI Strategy Head, the Strategy Partner for the Residential Business serves as the strategic adviser and planning lead for FLI's residential portfolio, ensuring alignment with FLI's mission, vision, and core values.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the strategic refresh of the Residential Business, including portfolio review, market assessment, white-space identification, and long-term positioning
• Facilitate monthly strategy discussions with Residential leadership
• Translate strategic direction into the Annual Business Plan (ABP), ensuring a clear bridge between strategy, financial targets, and initiatives
• Define and cascade Residential OKRs/KRAs across project development, sales, marketing, construction, and operations.
• Oversee and monitor strategic initiative implementation, surfacing risks and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Development, and Construction
• Working with Research and Strategy Analytics, provide CEO- and Board-ready journ planning insights, presentations, and decision-support analysis
• Act as the Residential Group's strategic counterpart and escalation channel for strategic planning and execution



QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
• Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
  
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


• Thorough and intimate knowledge of FLI and the wider Filinvest stakeholder ecosystem
• Deep understanding of financial and operational drivers of the Residential segment, including option sales, payment terms, inventory type, journalized revenue, among others
