Job Description

The Solutions Architect is responsible for translating client requirements into effective solution architecture and creating detailed design artifacts that guide implementation. This role is crucial in developing the overall vision for solutions and ensuring successful execution from concept to delivery, working closely with various project teams and aligning with enterprise architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design and lead the implementation of solutions architecture across specific business applications or technologies.
2. Manage and develop architecture for a broader scope of projects, collaborating with application architects.
3. Provide consulting support to project teams to ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture.
4. Analyze the business-IT environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
5. Define principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns for alignment with future-state architecture vision.
6. Design and direct governance activities for solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
7. Develop a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio.
8. Facilitate evaluation and selection of software product standards and services.
9. Consult with application and infrastructure development projects to fit systems to architecture.
10. Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
2. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications
3. Strong project management skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
