What will you do?

As Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will serve as a strategic talent advisor by leading complex recruitment projects, influencing workforce decisions, and providing talent market intelligence that enables business growth.

. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Strategic Talent Partnering

• Advise Senior Managers and Directors on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Influence hiring decisions through talent market insights.
• Support succession and capability planning discussions.

Complex Recruitment Leadership

• Lead recruitment for critical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Design innovative attraction and assessment strategies.
• Deliver executive and specialist hiring solutions.

Talent Intelligence

• Conduct talent mapping and competitor intelligence exercises.
• Provide strategic market analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Identify emerging capability trends and talent risks.

Capability Building

• Mentor Talent Acquisition Consultants.
• Lead recruitment projects and improvement initiatives.
• Drive knowledge sharing across the TA function.

Innovation

• Champion AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment practices.
• Support adoption of new recruitment technologies.

What can you bring to the team?

You will also need the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex and strategic recruitment.
• Strong talent mapping and market intelligence capability.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to finding and engaging talent.
• A passion for delivering an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience aligned to our value
