What you'll be doing:

At Avon, were looking for a data-driven professional who enjoys turning insights into action. In this role, youll play a key part in helping commercial teams make informed decisions by providing performance insights, monitoring business results, and supporting effective sales and operational execution across the market.

Youll be partnering with Sales, Commercial Execution, Planning, and cross-functional teams to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for growth. Youll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decision-making and help drive business objectives. Youll also provide visibility of performance trends, inventory positions, and potential risks, ensuring stakeholders have the information they need to take timely action. As a trusted reporting and analytics partner, youll help improve forecasting, execution effectiveness, and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities:

Delivering regular performance reporting across campaigns, categories, and sales channels.
Analyzing business results to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers.
Supporting Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) reviews with performance insights and recommendations.
Monitoring inventory and excess stock positions while tracking reduction plans and progress.
Partnering with commercial and sales teams to develop data-driven action plans.
Supporting forecasting and planning processes with relevant business insights and demand signals.
Producing category and channel deep dives to support promotional, portfolio, and execution decisions.
Ensuring data quality, consistency, and alignment with reporting standards and KPIs.
Sharing market learnings and best practices with regional and central teams.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in sales operations, performance analytics, commercial analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
Experience working with sales, performance, inventory, or commercial data.
Knowledge of sales and operational planning processes, including S&OE, S&OP, or inventory management, is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
