Regional Head Of Affiliates SEA

We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Regional Head of Affiliates to architect and scale our entire affiliate ecosystem on marketplaces and beyond. In this leadership role, you will go beyond traditional affiliate management to define the future of our channels (short term & long term) and operational rigour. You will not only build and lead a world-class affiliate team, but you will also serve as a key business leader, integrating affiliate strategy with our broader corporate functions (marketing, livestream, and multi-channel attribution).

You will work closely with the Head of Affiliates from each market growing the footprint for the client and Intrepid alike. Developing best practices and playbooks, oversee high-stakes executive relationships (both internal and external), and pioneer scalable, tech-forward growth loops. If you thrive in navigating through complexity of a regional scope, have a deep understanding of customer funnel, exceptional business acumen, and a visionary approach to scaling a brand’s footprint digitally, this role is for you!

1. Strategic, Operational & Cross-Functional Influence

• Enterprise Alignment: Lead the integration of affiliate strategy into the broader enterprise, serving as a primary advisor to senior leadership on growth levers and revenue architecture.
• Organizational Enablement: Guide the organizational structure and culture, shifting focus from day-to-day operations to fostering high-level strategic thinking across regional heads.
• Data-Driven Growth Architecture: Architect the regional affiliate data roadmap, leveraging cross-market benchmarks to build predictive growth models. Own the development of Data-as-a-Solution to enable smarter, proactive capital allocation across markets.
• Operational Excellence: Drive the creation of comprehensive playbooks and whitepapers to drive best practices, ensuring scalable knowledge transfer and effective cross-market implementation to improve operational and strategic efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Senior Stakeholder & Partner Ecosystem Management

• Stakeholder Management: Manage high-stakes relationships with senior stakeholders across markets, acting as the catalyst of vision and growth of teams.
• Relationship Architecture: Navigate the nuances of complex internal and external landscapes, building consensus and alignment on high-impact, potentially disruptive strategic initiatives.
• High-Level Strategy & Vision: Drive executive-level conversations, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), that move beyond performance metrics to influence long-term business roadmaps and shape competitive market positioning.

• Experience: 7+ years in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership or Head of Department role scaling revenue channels regionally.
• Strong Communication: Flawless executive presence. You must be highly adept at pitching, negotiating, and presenting complex strategies to senior stakeholders both internally and externally. You bring the energy to the table!
• Advanced Financial & Analytical Acumen: Good understanding of P&L management, unit economics, cohort analysis, and translating this data to actionable workflows. You use data to drive business strategy, not just campaign optimization.
• Holistic Marketing Knowledge: Strong grasp of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Paid Social, Search, Email) and how affiliate marketing fits into a multi-touch attribution funnel.
• Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience Marketplaces affiliate networks (TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada).
• Mindset: Critical thinker, proactive, and commercially driven. You can think on your feet and can drive end-to-end change management. You thrive in ambiguity, possess a high degree of commercial pragmatism.
• AI & Tech Stack Vision (Bonus): You have a natural curiosity for AI/automation and arent afraid to experiment with new tools to optimize workflows, generate insights, or scale campaigns faster.
