• Drive deals from first hello to signed contract — demos, follow-ups, closes
• Sit next to the founder. No layers. No politics. Just work that matters.

• People have called you "a lot" — and you took it as a compliment
• Youre in a new room and within 10 minutes you know how everything works
• Losing an argument bothers you more than losing sleep
• You said youd do it. So its done.
• Youre not looking for a job description — youre looking for a target

• Need a manager to tell you whats urgent
• Think "follow up tomorrow" means sending one email

• Bachelors degree from a top university (e.g. UP, Ateneo de Manila, DLSU, or UST)
