This is not your traditional management job— it is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want to build, operate, and grow their own local football operation while creating a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities 

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Manila 
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts 
• Secure suitable football venues 
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community 
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience 
• Work closely with our Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams 

You should have 

• A passion for football and involvement in the local football community 
• Experience in management, operations, or customer service 
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business 
• The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally 
• Strong drive, resilience, and a results-oriented attitude
