As a Lead Solution Architect & Microsoft Fabric Technical Lead, you will lead the design and architecture of a Microsoft Fabric analytics platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and business‑aligned solutions that support enterprise reporting and analytics outcomes.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Architecture & Design

• Design Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture and Medallion data layers to support enterprise analytics requirements.
• Define enterprise data models and semantic models that enable consistent and reliable reporting.
• Lead Power BI architecture and reporting design to support business insights and decision‑making.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to data and analytics teams.
• Establish architecture standards, governance principles, and best practices.
• Support technical decision‑making, troubleshooting, and production deployment activities.

Experience

• You have 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or solution architecture.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong Microsoft Fabric and Azure experience.
• You have strong knowledge of Lakehouse and Medallion architecture.
• You have experience with semantic modelling and Power BI.
