The role provides essential administrative, coordination, and logistical support to the Talent Management function. The role is responsible for the efficient execution of various programs, ensuring smooth operations for initiatives related to career development, employee engagement, rewards, and employer branding. This position is key to maintaining program documentation, tracking data, and supporting positive employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assists the Talent Management Lead and People & Culture Manager in coordinating the implementation of strategic Talent Management initiatives across all service lines.
Provides administrative and logistical support for the delivery of the Career Development Program, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, managing communications, and tracking participant attendance.
Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of various Employee Engagement Projects and activities to promote a positive work environment.
Supports the administration of the Employee Survey process, including communication, distribution, compliance, and data consolidation and presentation to leaders.
Compiles materials and maintains records related to Leadership Principles initiatives and training programs.
Manages the administrative processes for Rewards & Recognition programs across all service lines.
Assists in gathering information and preparing documentation needed for External Branding/Certifications to support the companys employer brand efforts.
Maintains and updates the central repository of talent development data, ensuring accurate tracking of training completion, program participation, and development feedback.
Provides scheduling and documentation support for employee consultations regarding career paths and development opportunities.
Assists in preparing reports, presentations, and communication materials for the P&C team and leadership team regarding talent metrics, engagement results, and program effectiveness.
Other duties as required from time to time
Technical Skills
Knowledgeable in survey platforms and other database application programs
Has a good and prior experience using MS Office, Google Suite, Canva or other software for publication materials
Preferably has prior experience using authoring Tool for LMS (ie.EasyGenerator)
Strong employee engagement skills and/or learning and development
Behavioral Skills
High drive for results, integrity and initiative
Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
Team-player, results-oriented and excellent facilitation & communications skills both oral and written
Work Experience
At least 3 years experience in Organizational Development and/or Learning & Development
Education
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and other management courses
