The Data Analyst will serve as a key support resource for MENA (Middle East & North Africa) Valuation teams, responsible for:

Administrative Operations:

• Process timesheets, expense reimbursements, and invoices

• Arrange travel logistics including flight and hotel bookings

• Manage KYC and compliance documentation

Report & Data Management:

• Format valuation reports to maintain quality and consistency

• Ensure soft filing systems remain current and accurate for reporting requirements

• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders as needed

Process Enhancement:

• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for operational improvements

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field

• At least 6 months working experience in the real estate or BPO industry

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Should be proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Excellent communication skill is required for the role

• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis

• A good eye for detail
