Position Title:  Collections Associate (Home)

Job Summary

• Performs collection activities and skip tracing functions for defaulting borrowers for secured loans (Home Loan and Car Loan accounts). 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs collection call-outs for defaulting clients in the front-end to mid-range buckets

• Performs skip tracing activities (via telephone) to establish updated client contact information

• Handles the transmission of SMS, viber and email follow-ups

• Facilitates the debiting of partial payments from clients settlement account

• Documents collection activities in collection monitoring system

• Attends to collection-related inquiries submitted from other Bank units

• Performs other ad-hoc functions as may be required from time to time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of a business course
• Experience in banking or credit card collections is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willing to work overtime (including weekends/holidays)
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Willing to work onsite 100%
