  • Support campaign setup across Search, Performance Max, paid social, display, video, and other digital campaign formats where required.
  • Review campaign briefs and translate requirements into accurate campaign structures, targeting, budgets, schedules, creative requirements, tracking setup, and platform execution.

  • Support tracking and measurement setup, including pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Floodlight activity, and related attribution requirements.
  • Monitor live campaigns to identify delivery issues, pacing concerns, tracking errors, platform disapprovals, performance anomalies, or setup problems.
  • Troubleshoot campaign, platform, tracking, and reporting issues, escalating where required and supporting timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records, platform documentation, workflow updates, and status tracking across internal systems such as Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Support campaign reporting by checking data accuracy, reviewing performance outputs, preparing insights, and assisting with client or internal reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign activity is launched accurately, delivered on time, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Support post-campaign close-out activity, including final reporting checks, learnings, documentation, and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign execution, QA, workflow management, platform administration, and reporting accuracy.
  • Other position-level duties as they arise.

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in digital campaign management, ad operations, paid media, campaign trafficking, or a similar digital advertising role.
  • Strong hands-on experience building, launching, monitoring, and troubleshooting digital campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of campaign structures, platform settings, budgets, schedules, targeting, creative requirements, naming conventions, and QA processes.
  • Experience managing Search, Performance Max, paid social, display, video, or similar digital campaign formats.
  • Strong working knowledge of tracking, tagging, pixels, UTMs, conversion events, attribution, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong campaign QA skills, with the ability to identify platform, tracking, creative, budget, pacing, approval, and setup issues before and after launch.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review campaign data, identify issues, check reporting accuracy, and support performance insights.
  • Experience working within a media agency, digital agency, performance marketing team, or high-volume campaign environment is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools such as Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, or Floodlight tracking is highly regarded.
