We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Mercer in the Philippines. This role will be based in our Philippines office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Benefits Operation Team Lead, you will manage a team responsible for the delivery of end-to-end benefits administration services. You will work closely with Service Delivery teams to align processes, support client service delivery, and ensure monthly new business and renewal activities are completed within service standards.

We will count on you to:

• Lead the team to deliver benefits administration services and supporting tools effectively
• Maintain oversight of team processes, systems and operational workflows
• Approve operational work streams, resolve escalated issues and support timely delivery of work
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the team
• Monitor workload, capacity and project allocation to ensure resources and skills are appropriately matched
• Contribute to staffing, performance and development activities, including hiring input, appraisals and coaching
• Support monthly new business and renewal activities to ensure completion within SLA and timely handover for revenue recognition and collection
• Work in line with fiduciary responsibilities and related operational requirements

What you need to have:

• Recognised bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in operations, preferably benefits operations
• Demonstrated experience in census, billing and collections environments
• Experience in credit management and team supervision
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
