The Position

• Were looking for an Associate Digital Designer to join OpenTables International Marketing team and help bring global campaigns to life across multiple international markets.
• This role is ideal for a production-focused designer who enjoys adapting and localizing creative assets at scale while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• You will primarily support the creation, localization, and production of digital marketing assets across 8+ international markets, including static ads, motion graphics, social content, app marketing creatives, and video campaigns.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working within established brand systems, and confident in video editing and motion design. You enjoy bringing campaigns to life across different languages, formats, and channels, ensuring every asset feels polished and market-ready.
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a global marketing team and gain experience working across multiple international markets and campaigns.

Responsibilities 

As an Associate Digital Designer, you will:

• Support the localization and adaptation of marketing campaigns across multiple international markets.
• Create, resize, and version digital assets for paid social, display, email, app marketing, landing pages, and owned channels.
• Edit and localize video content for different markets, languages, and formats.
• Create motion graphics, animated assets, GIFs, and short-form video content.
• Work closely with marketing managers, channel owners, and designers to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time.
• Manage large volumes of localized assets while maintaining consistency across markets.
• Support quality assurance reviews to ensure translated copy, layouts, and technical specifications are correct.
• Maintain and update existing creative assets, templates, and design systems.
• Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation.
• Assist with campaign production from concept adaptation through final asset delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital design, production design, motion design, or video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing assets and video editing work.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Figma
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Strong video editing and motion graphics skills.
• Experience localizing and adapting assets across multiple languages and markets.
• Ability to work efficiently with templates, design systems, and established brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working remotely and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting international or multi-market marketing campaigns.
• Experience creating social media advertising assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google platforms.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and translation management tools.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as: Runway / Midjourney / Firefly / ChatGPT / Veo
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing creative best practices.
• Experience in consumer technology, travel, hospitality, or marketplace brands.
