NOW HIRING: ALLERGY & ASTHMA MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Vital Virtuals Global HR is looking for a Medical VA with prior Allergy & Asthma practice experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls & assist patients
Verify insurance & update demographics
Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
Explain insurance benefits
Coordinate with providers & clinical staff
Handle administrative/data entry tasks
Maintain HIPAA compliance

Compensation:

$5/hr – first 90 days
$6/hr – after 90 days
Biweekly | Wise

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette & customer service
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
EHR/EMR experience is a plus
Reliable computer & internet
Willing to use Time Doctor & HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
