As an AES SAP Basis Associate you will help support SAP technology work within our business application consulting practice, contributing to installation, configuration, administration, and support activities that help clients use core business systems effectively. As an Associate you will bring curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of assigned tasks, and develop your skills while supporting senior team members and responding to changing client needs. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will help maintain SAP environments, gather and review information from varied sources, and apply professional and technical standards while building your experience across SAP technology services within our Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

- Supporting SAP basis administration tasks across client environments, including system monitoring, routine maintenance, and issue triage
- Assisting with installation, configuration, and upgrade activities for SAP platforms and supporting components
- Monitoring system performance, availability, and batch job activity, then documenting findings and escalating technical issues as needed
- Performing user and authorization support activities, transport management tasks, and basic system housekeeping
- Helping maintain SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, and related technology components through guided technical work
- Gathering information from multiple sources to investigate incidents, identify patterns, and support root cause analysis
- Contributing to process improvement efforts by documenting recurring issues and recommending practical changes to SAP support procedures
- Applying learning from senior team members to build technical skills, deliver reliable support, and adapt to varied client requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating hands-on SAP Basis support across diverse client environments
- Applying SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP Fiori knowledge in delivery tasks
- Supporting integration, performance tuning, and system monitoring activities
- Learning ABAP, process optimization, and business transformation concepts
- Actively listening, asking questions, and adapting to changing priorities
