We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic TikTok Live Sales Rep to host live-shopping events that provides an interactive and engaging customer experience online. The ideal candidate will present products in an entertaining and informative manner, driving audience engagement and maximizing sales. The ideal candidate also has previous experience hosting for TikTok Shop. This is an on-site opportunity allowing individuals to stream a wide variety of products ranging from fashion, beauty, home décor, kitchenware to gadgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Livestream Hosting: Host livestreams on TikTok Shop, showcasing products with detailed descriptions, demonstrations, and answering viewer questions in real-time.- Maintain high energy and fast-paced speech and delivery style on camera to keep the audience engaged
Content Preparation: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to script key talking points, understand product features, and prepare appealing visuals. Stay updated on product details, promotions to ensure effective product representation
Audience Engagement: Foster a welcoming and interactive environment by responding to viewer questions, comments, and feedback during live sessions. Strategize to grow viewership, enhance participation, and build a loyal audience base
Sales and Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of livestreams, including viewer engagement, sales conversion, and customer feedback. Work diligently with insights and recommendations gained from each session to improve future live sessions
Brand Representation: Act as a professional and approachable brand ambassador, maintaining alignment with company values and messaging. Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
Six months minimum of experience in hosting livestreams and promoting products through TikTok Shop
Experience selling over $10,000 during a single livestream, and ability to provide GMV
Experience with an agency or streaming independently is welcome
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Confidence in presenting and discussing products, with a knack for persuasion
Ability to adapt quickly to audience dynamics and troubleshoot during live sessions
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales strategies
A background in sales, public speaking, or live streaming, or similar roles (experience with TikTok or other social media platforms is a plus)
Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Viewer engagement metrics (e.g., average watch time, comments, shares)
Sales generated during and after live streams (GMV)
Growth in TikTok Shop followers and repeat viewers
