T-MAX Construkt, Inc. is seeking a skilled MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team in Mandaue City, Cebu. You will coordinate BIM activities for MEPF systems across projects, ensure design accuracy, and enable effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM models, conducting clash detection, and delivering reports and 3D visualizations.
