Title: Production Crew- Mandaue, Cebu

The Production Crew is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining assigned machines and equipment in compliance with manufacturer handling instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Report machine breakdowns and issues beyond personal capacity to APM for proper referral to EMD technicians or manufacturer after-sales support.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and quantity before loading them into the machine.
• Monitor and ensure that equipment operates correctly by utilizing machine monitors and gauges.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines according to standard procedures and handling instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine problems immediately to ensure continuous production.
• Perform necessary start-up and shut-down activities on equipment.
• Carry out periodic cleaning of equipment and machines as required.
• Document downtime and repairs needed during production.
• Submit turnover documentation to APM at the end of the shift for proper recording and reporting.
• Operate machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Clean equipment and work areas at the end of each shift.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical), Mechatronics or any related course
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a similar industry is an advantage
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Must be willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu (Full Onsite)
