Mandaue Foam Industries Inc. is seeking an ECommerce Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day online order processing, cashiering, payment verification, and order fulfillment coordination.
You will ensure accurate payments, maintain excellent customer service, and collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Delivery and Accounting to resolve online order issues promptly and accurately. This role requires attention to detail, ongoing process improvement, and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly
