About The Role
The ECommerce Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce area, including online order processing, cashiering, payment verification, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service. The position ensures that online transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
The ECommerce Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce area, including online order processing, cashiering, payment verification, order fulfillment coordination, and customer service. The position ensures that online transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily e-commerce operations and online order processing.
Handle and oversee online cashiering, including payment verification, transaction recording, refunds, and other related cashiering activities.
Process and monitor online orders from order confirmation to fulfillment and completion.
Ensure accuracy of orders, payments, pricing, discounts, and customer information.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Delivery, Accounting, and other concerned departments regarding online orders and concerns.
Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and completed online orders and ensure timely resolution.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns related to online orders, payments, and delivery.
Ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of daily online transactions and collections.
Monitor the performance and productivity of e-commerce staff and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to online sales, transactions, collections, and order status.
