Job Description

Checking: Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and processed for dispatch according to customer requirements.
Dispatching: Coordinate and oversee the timely dispatch of goods, ensuring products are delivered to customers on schedule.
Collections (Optional): Assist with collections duties as needed, ensuring that customers are contacted for timely payment of invoices.
Keep accurate records of dispatches and collections, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Work collaboratively with the sales and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve any delivery or payment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, checking, or logistics-related roles.
Experience in collections or accounts receivable is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is an advantage.
A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related fields is a plus.
Must be a team player with a customer-focused attitude.
Preferably residing in Cebu City.
