Aufgabengebiet

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Define and own Lhoopas online & offline marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets.
  • Translate commercial objectives into clear marketing priorities and action plans.
  • Set quarterly and annual targets across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Allocate budget across channels and initiatives based on expected impact and scalability.

Acquisition & Growth Execution

  • Lead the design of integrated acquisition programs combining digital channels and on-the-ground activations.
  • Ensure consistency between marketing campaigns and field execution.
  • Improve lead quality and conversion through structured optimization efforts.
  • Monitor customer and partner acquisition costs and ensure sustainable growth.

Lifecycle & Engagement

  • Develop engagement initiatives to increase activation speed and long-term participation of partners.
  • Support retention and reactivation programs where relevant.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives are realistic and executable at scale.

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Define key performance indicators tied to business outcomes.
  • Establish clear reporting cadence and dashboards for leadership visibility.
  • Analyze performance trends and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Ensure CRM and tracking systems provide reliable pipeline data.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead and structure the marketing team to support the companys next stage of growth.
  • Manage external agencies and partners where relevant.
  • Ensure strong coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Field Operations.
  • Build a culture of accountability, clarity, and measurable execution.

Anforderungsprofil

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in marketing leadership roles within tech-enabled, marketplace, real estate, fintech, or distributed-operations environments.
  • Strong exposure to both digital and offline marketing, with ability to structure integrated strategies.
  • Proven experience supervising multi-channel execution and managing performance-driven teams.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, execution-heavy environments.
  • Structured thinker with strong business orientation and operational awareness.
